Asset Library & Export

This guide covers how to manage all AI-generated and uploaded assets in one place within your project, and how to export completed sequences.

Overview

The Asset Library is a space where you can browse all images generated or uploaded in a project in one place. You can filter assets by type -- Character Sheets, concept images, keyframes, location images, uploaded images, etc. -- and view the generation context (prompt used, reference images, model, etc.) for each asset.

You can access it by clicking the "Asset Library" button in the top navigation of the editor screen.

Browsing Assets

Asset Browsing

When you enter the Asset Library, all assets in the project are displayed in a grid layout.

Each asset card displays the following information:

  • Thumbnail preview: Image preview of the asset
  • Label: Name or description of the asset
  • Type indicator: The kind of asset (Character Sheet, Keyframe, Uploaded, etc.)

Asset Detail View

Clicking an asset card opens a detail information panel on the right side.

Information available in the detail panel:

ItemDescription
TypeKind of asset (Character Sheet, concept image, keyframe, location image, reference image, upload)
CreatedTime the asset was generated or uploaded
PromptText prompt used to generate the asset
ModelAI model used for generation
Reference ImagesList and previews of images used as references during generation

Filtering & Organization

Category Filter

You can filter assets using the category tabs at the top of the Asset Library.

CategoryIncluded Assets
AllDisplay all assets
CharactersCharacter Sheets, concept images, and character reference images
LocationsLocation images and location reference images
KeyframesKeyframe images generated per cut

Asset Organization Tips

  • If you register characters and generate sheets first at the start of a project, you can easily find character-specific assets in the Characters category.
  • When you generate keyframes on a per-cut basis, each asset is automatically labeled with its corresponding cut information.

Checking Generation Context

One of the most powerful features of the Asset Library is the ability to track how each asset was generated.

Available Context Information

  1. Prompt used: The exact prompt text used for image generation
  2. Reference images: Character Sheets or other reference images used during generation (with previews)
  3. Reference labels: The role of each reference image (e.g., character name)
  4. Model used: Which AI model generated the asset
  5. Generation provider: The AI service provider used (fal.ai, Vertex AI, etc.)
  6. Generation timestamp: Exact time of generation

How to Use

  • Reuse successful prompts: Check the prompt of a result you like and reuse it for similar scenes.
  • Compare models: Compare results from different models using the same prompt.
  • Check reference images: Verify which reference images were used for images with well-maintained character consistency.

Sequence Rendering (Full Project Export)

Overview

Sequence rendering is a feature that concatenates the representative Takes selected from all cuts in the storyboard in order and exports them as a single completed video file.

Export Requirements

The following conditions are required for sequence rendering:

  • A representative Take (video) must be selected for cuts to be exported.
  • Cuts without a video are skipped during rendering.

Export Steps

  1. Click the Export or Render Sequence button in the editor's top menu.
  2. Confirm the export settings (format, resolution, etc.).
  3. Start rendering. Processing time varies based on the number of cuts and video length.
  4. When rendering is complete, a download link is provided.

Cost

Sequence rendering (export) is free. No credits are consumed.

Individual Cut Export

Individual Video Download

You can also export only an individual cut's video rather than the full sequence.

  1. Select the cut you want to export in the editor.
  2. Click the download button on that cut's representative Take (video).
  3. The video file downloads.

Uses for Individual Export

  • Post-production in professional editing tools: Import individual cut videos into professional editing programs like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. for detailed editing and post-production.
  • SNS uploads: Useful when you want to clip a specific scene and share it on social media.
  • Reuse in other projects: Use generated clips as source material for other projects.

Tips

  • Check the Asset Library frequently: Being able to compare all generated results in one place makes it easy to review the overall visual consistency of your project.
  • Record successful prompts: When you get a result you like, check the prompt in the generation context and reuse it for similar scenes.
  • Verify with individual exports first: Before doing a full sequence render, it is efficient to individually check each cut's video for quality.

FAQ

Q: Does the Asset Library show videos too?

Currently, the Asset Library primarily manages image assets (Character Sheets, concept images, keyframes, location images, uploaded images). Video assets (Takes) are managed in the Take management area within each cut's editor.

Q: What is the export format?

The default export format is MP4. The aspect ratio from your project settings (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.) is applied.

Q: Does exporting cost credits?

No. Both sequence rendering and individual cut exports are free.

Q: Can I recover deleted assets?

Currently, deleted assets cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading and backing up important assets locally before deleting them.
